All about YOGA CARDS

YOGA CARDS It is a deck of 60 cards, which contains on one side the Asana (Yoga pose) and on the other hand, its benefits, precautions and an illustration of how to practice it with “props” (supports).

We have chosen the 60 most important Asanas such as: Tadasana, Paschimottanasana, Uttanasana, Virabhadrasana, Sarvangasana, Sirsasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, among others.

The cards also come with a booklet with more than 80 pathologies and their corresponding healing series, where it proposes how to treat a cold, cough, insomnia, lumbago, anemia, and many other ailments. In recent editions through social networks, we have also
added new series (prepared by leading teachers) such as: anxiety, stress, depression, anorexia and more!

Each pathology and malaise indicates which cards should be used to assemble the corresponding healing series.

The YogaCards are divided into three levels:
basic (turquoise), medium (green) and advanced (red)

And they are bilingual: Spanish / English

How to use them?

You can build your own healing series, guidied by the Glossary, according to what you want to treat at that particular moment, or, if you feel playful, drawing cards at random and seeing what exciting destinations they take you to.

How long should I maintain each posture?

When we practice an Asana it is important to push beyond the feelings of fatigue and laziness and observe the reactions of our body, leaving us each to determine how long you must maintain the posture. Hold the posture, keeping full awareness to the ongoing work and continuously extending beyond your comfort
zone.

Who is it for?

For all people, men and women, who are taking their first steps
into Yoga practice and for those who already practice regularly. People of all ages, of all colors, of all heights, weights, political views, religious ideas, …

You can use it as a travel kit to help you take care of your health through physical practice and play and also a beautiful ornament to display the collection of attractive Asana designs.

You can practice at home, in the park, on the street or on the roof of a building. You only need the desire and the conviction to do it!
